Motion Control & Robotics
Motion is our core discipline. We design the drives, write the control laws, synchronize the axes and tune the machine — from a single 16 mm BLDC controller to a 26-axis theatre rig moving above an audience.

Motor drives & control
Field-Oriented Control (FOC)
Custom FOC drives for BLDC/PMSM — analytic current loops, SVPWM, four-quadrant operation.
Every motor family
BLDC, DC, stepper (open and closed loop), AC servo and special/custom machines.
Custom drive electronics
From 5 V micro-drives to 100 V / 30 A industrial stages, with isolation where it matters.
Critical control loops
Current, velocity and position loops — designed, tuned and verified against spec.
Advanced control
Feedforward, gain scheduling, disturbance observers, anti-resonance filters for flexible loads.
Multi-axis systems
EtherCAT machines
Deterministic multi-axis synchronization with distributed clocks — dozens of axes in lockstep.
Fieldbus integration
CANopen (DS402), PROFINET, Modbus — drives, I/O and safety on one network.
Trajectory generation
Profiles, blending, camming, electronic gearing — motion that is smooth by design.
Kinematics & dynamics
Forward/inverse kinematics, dynamic models and simulation before metal moves.
Robotics
Vision-guided robotics
Cameras closing the loop: pick-and-place, alignment, tracking, inspection-driven motion.
Custom robotic mechanisms
Non-catalog axes: special grippers, balancing platforms, surgical-grade motions.
ROS / ROS 2
Prototyping and productizing robot stacks where the ecosystem fits the problem.
Force & impedance control
Contact-rich tasks — assembly, polishing, medical tools — controlled in force, not just position.
Feedback, safety & commissioning
Feedback systems
Absolute/incremental encoders, resolvers, Hall arrays, IMUs — selection, wiring, signal hygiene.
Machine safety
Hard-wired e-stops, STO, limits and supervised states designed for loads above people.
Actuator & gearbox sizing
Torque/inertia math done honestly — motors that fit the move, not the catalog page.
On-site commissioning & tuning
We bring the machine to spec where it lives — measurement-driven, documented.
Motion specification
Loads, profiles, accuracies, safety class — the numbers that drive everything.
Architecture & sizing
Drive topology, feedback, bus, motors — simulated and sized before purchase.
Control development
Loops implemented and tuned against the spec, with margins demonstrated.
Integration & commissioning
On the real machine: synchronization, safety validation, operator handover.
Can you work with motors and drives we already bought?
Yes. We tune and integrate third-party drives daily (Technosoft, Beckhoff, Mitsubishi, Yaskawa and others) — and design custom drives when the catalog runs out.
What accuracy can you reach?
It depends on mechanics and feedback, not wishes — we've delivered ±1 cm on 26 synchronized winch axes and ±0.002° on precision tilt sensing. We'll tell you honestly what your mechanics can support.
Do you handle safety for motion above people?
Yes — hard-wired e-stop chains, software/hardware limits, mode-dependent speed restrictions and load monitoring. Our theatre rigging work moves tons above audiences.
Can you just tune our existing machine?
Absolutely — commissioning and tuning of existing axes (including 'it oscillates and nobody knows why') is a service on its own.
